Terms of service
General conditions
1. The use of materials and services on the Site is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials on the Site, the User is considered to have agreed to this Agreement.
3. The Site administration has the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time unilaterally. Such changes take effect 3 (three) days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the site. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must discontinue access to the Site and cease using the materials and services of the Site.
User's Obligations
1. The User agrees not to engage in actions that may be considered violations of Ukrainian law or international law, including intellectual property, copyright, and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead to or may lead to a disruption of the normal operation of the Site and its services.
2. The use of materials from the Site without the consent of the rights holders is not allowed. For lawful use of the Site's materials, licensing agreements (licenses) from the Rights Holders are required.
3. When quoting materials from the Site, including protected works, a reference to the Site is mandatory.
4. Comments and other entries by the User on the Site must not contradict the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and universally accepted norms of morality and decency.
5. The User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, the links to which may be found on the Site.
6. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User regarding any potential or actual losses or damages related to any content on the Site, registration of copyrights and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources, or other interactions the User enters into by using the information or links to external resources provided on the Site.
7. The User acknowledges that all materials and services on the Site, or any part thereof, may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no obligations concerning such advertising.
Other conditions
1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be understood as the establishment of agency relationships, partnership, joint activity, employment relationships, or any other relationships not explicitly provided for in the Agreement between the User and the Site Administration.
3. The recognition by a court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not result in the invalidation of other provisions of the Agreement.
4. The Site Administration's inaction in the event of a breach of any provisions of the Agreement by a User does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and copyright on the materials of the Site, as protected by law.
The User confirms that they have read all the terms of this Agreement and unconditionally accept them.
