Complex furnishing of the house

Every major project has its own story — sometimes with challenges, twists, and unexpected turns. But that’s what makes the result so valuable. This time it was a complete furnishing of a private house for a demanding client, with designer input, veneer finishes, glass showcases, and a few alterations. Let’s share how it all really happened.

Furnishing the whole house

Measurement and project introduction

On February 29, a customer reached out to us for the first time via Instagram. By March 1, we had already prepared a wardrobe estimate, and on March 2 we visited the house for preliminary measurements. During the discussions, the client explored other options but ultimately chose BROSKO — for the optimal balance of price, quality, and collaboration approach. On March 7, together with the designer, the client came to our showroom: they selected veneer decors, milling, colors, and ordered varnish samples — with special attention to the depth of color and material texture.

Estimate

On March 4, we sent a preliminary estimate for the entire project, and on March 6 — an updated, detailed version.

After the final approval, the order moved to the formalization stage: selecting materials, coordinating structural elements, and finalizing the color palette.

How it was produced

The project proceeded to exact measurements → the technical part was prepared and approved with the client → the project was transferred to the order manager → the complete specification was finalized and launched into production.

All parts were drilled on high-precision equipment, edged with PUR glue, and pre-assembled in the workshop before delivery.

Installation took place in three stages:

May 10 — kitchen and bathroom;

May 19 — bedroom, wardrobes, study, boiler room, wall panels, furniture in the corridor;

In total, the work lasted 7—10 days, considering the scale and complexity of the project.

Result

Features of implementation: a kitchen with a stone-sided island, wine shelves, a double-sided glass showcase, a waste sorter, convenient storage for jars, and integrated lighting. In the office, there is a massive hanging table — a technical challenge that was flawlessly executed. In the corridor, a custom table with individual metal supports was specially designed for the space.

Facaps (and how we beautifully resolved them):

Due to the large number of varnishes and color options, a production error occurred with the wall panels — veneers of the wrong shade were delivered. We immediately took responsibility, reworked everything as quickly as possible at our own expense, and the new elements fully met customer expectations.

No questions, just a thank you. It was exactly the type of project that we love: complex, thoughtful, technically rich.

At BROSKO, we don't just make furniture — we create furniture that you want to live among.

Thank you for your trust. Best done. And, as always, with love.
