The project was implemented in collaboration with budova.architects, who supported it at every stage — from technical issues to materials and details. The clients’ first request concerned wardrobe systems, as they wanted to assess our approach to work. The spaces were challenging: sloping ceilings, uneven corners, and limited area. We carefully measured everything, proposed solutions to maximize space efficiency, and delivered dressing rooms with absolute precision. After this successful first stage, the clients decided to expand the cooperation — we then took over the second floor, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and study. All decisions were made in close cooperation with both the architect and the clients — we discussed, aligned, and planned each room separately.
Estimates were prepared in stages as the project progressed. First — the dressing rooms; then — the second floor; then — the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. We didn’t just tally square footage — every element was evaluated for logic, aesthetics, and technical feasibility. During the estimation process, we analyzed material compatibility, accounted for the space’s characteristics, and coordinated continuously with the designer and the clients.
It was a live dialogue, not just a dry calculation. This approach is what ensures an accurate result with no surprises at the end.
After the final approval of each block, we moved into production. A standard, well-established process: Measurements → Technical design → Drawing coordination → Transfer to the order manager → Specification development → Production (drilling, PUR edge-banding, pre-assembly of modules in the workshop) → Delivery and on-site installation.
Kitchen: painted MDF facades, lower cabinets and veneer pencil cases that smoothly transition into a rounded fireplace. Minimalism with emphasis on material, shape and lines. Bathroom: facades with microcement applied with a special technique. Ventilation is hidden in the facades — technically accurate and aesthetically maintained. Bedroom, study, fireplace: veneered rounding, individual beds according to the author's design.
(but we closed them beautifully): The stone sink cracked — we dismantled and replaced it.
In the bedroom it was necessary to repaint the veneer - they did it without removing the elements. Microcement failed the first time — we chose a partner who did everything perfectly on specialized equipment.
This project was technically complex and design demanding. But it is in such conditions that the skill of the team is manifested.
