Furnishing an apartment in the residential complex “Yarovytsya”

Measurement and project introduction
This project is an apartment in the modern residential complex “Yarovytsia”. It began with a clearly defined design concept, provided by the clients from the very start. We worked without the involvement of a third-party designer, but had a full understanding of the clients’ wishes. From the very beginning, it was clear: the clients had a precise vision — and for us, it was essential to bring it to life with maximum accuracy.
Estimate
After the first consultation, we prepared a preliminary estimate, agreed on the general parameters and budget, carried out measurements, and began to align on materials, colors, and textures. At this stage, visualizations were also prepared, and the project was finalized. After that came the signing of the contract and the start of preparatory processes. The cost calculation was done in stages: first — a basic estimate; then — a detailed one, with clarification of all elements and technical solutions. We considered the complexity of the room, its geometry, the amount of equipment, and additional requests.
The estimate included not only furniture, but also the supply of household appliances and plumbing. Thanks to open communication with the clients, every decision was approved in a timely and accurate manner — allowing us to avoid mistakes during both the production and installation phases.
How it was made
After the final approval, the project was transferred to the technical department. The process included: technical design → drawing coordination → transfer to production.
This project featured several technically complex elements: a kitchen with intricate geometry, lower kitchen facades made of natural veneer, a veneered panel and a TV shelf in the bedroom, and a milled wall panel in the hallway. All furniture was pre-assembled in the workshop, passed quality control, and was delivered to the site fully prepared for installation.
Result
The finished furniture was delivered and assembled by our team.
Installation was clean, neat, and completed within the agreed timeframe.
In addition to furnishing, we also equipped the apartment with household appliances and plumbing — fully in line with the design solutions and the clients’ needs.
AREAS WE COMPLETED:
Installation of furniture was carried out clearly on time. The work is done carefully, with attention to every detail. We also provided the apartment with household appliances and plumbing — on a turnkey basis, according to the design project and the wishes of customers.
Fitted areas: Kitchen: complex geometry, veneered facades, built-in appliances. Bedroom: veneered wall panels and an elegant shelf under the TV. Corridor/hallway: compact and functional storage. Bathroom: moisture-resistant furniture, sink made of natural stone, modern plumbing.
For this client, it was especially important that all structures were mounted with jewelery accuracy — to the millimeter. Despite the uneven geometry of the corners in the apartment, the repair was carried out very accurately, which was a great advantage for further installation work. We, for our part, implemented everything as accurately and technically accurately as possible — the client personally checked everything and was completely satisfied with the result.
